Not my favourite App

First of all most of the people who I hear from are from France and Africa and I live in Canada and I want to meet only local guys.
There are some people who are too bothersome and I want to block them but I dont see a "Block" option like I see in other Apps of this type. I only see a "Report" a profile which is not the same.
